Hi, I’m Brendan. Like the medieval explorer St. Brendan, I’ve always been drawn to discovering new horizons and cultures. From Irish roots and a Brazilian farm upbringing, my passion for food and travel began early. I studied Spanish culture and history at university, which deepened my appreciation for Spain’s food, traditions, and rich heritage.
After exploring almost 60 countries and spending ten years in tech, I’ve settled in Spain, my true home.
